PURPOSE:To prevent a ball from being slipped off even if a spring resonates because of the vibration operation, by holding the ball by a supporting plate fixed onto a casing member. CONSTITUTION:When fuel is introduced into a fuel chamber 4 from an inlet passage 6, and the fuel pressure in the fuel chamber becomes over a prescribed valve, a diaphragm 3 shifts downward, overwhelming the force of a spring 14. Accompanied with this movement, also a ball 10 shifts downwardly, and fuel flows into an outlet passage 7, and the fuel pressure in the fuel chamber 4 is controlled to a constant value. A pressing spring 9 is arranged between a casing member 1 and the ball 10. The ball 10 is connected with a holding body 12 for the diaphragm, passing through the conical space of a supporting plate 11, and said supporting plate 11 is fixedly joined with the casing member 1.
