摘要 PURPOSE:To diagnose malfunctions quickly by estimating abnormal causes from the data base corresponding to various abnormal causes by the use of the signal of an abnormality judgement device when an appointed deviation is produced between operating and normal data signals. CONSTITUTION:Changes of process parameters are transmitted in operating data input device 2 as an operating data signal 11, and the operating data signals are compared with the normal data signal 12 from the normal data storage device 3 by the use of an abnormality judgment device 4. For an example, leak of reactor water and the like occurs in a reactor containment vessel, a deviation produces between an operating data signal 11 and a normal data signal 12 as the leakage increases and a switch 6 is actuated by an abnormality detecting signal 5 from the judgment device 4. In this phase the normal data signal 12 and the operating data signal 11 which represents abnormality from the judgment device 4 are output in an operating condition abnormality estimation device 7, a chemical condition abnormality estimation device 8 and an operating pattern estimation device 9. The estimated results from the above estimation devices 7, 8, 9 are shown on a display 10. Therefore, malfunction can be diagnosed quickly without need of assembling experts and trying to find the cause on each accident, 2 operating data input device 3 normal data storage device 4 abnormality judgment device 7 operating condition abnormality estimation device 8 chemical condition abnormality estimation device 9 operating pattern abnormality estimation device 10 display.
