<p>PURPOSE:To improve health of a man and durability of a housing, by a method wherein an earth floor heater is mounted to a housing, a heat exchanger to exchange heat between internal and external air is disposed in an attic space, and an irradiating mechanism to introduce solar light and heat to a room is provided. CONSTITUTION:An air cycle passage 22 is formed by an attic space 12, a vent passage 4 between inner and outer walls 11 and 9, a room space 14, and an underfloor space 15, and an earth floor heater 23 averagedly distributes a hollow pipe 24, circulating a heating medium, over an earth floor concrete 16. A device 25 related to air cycle reinforcement is formed by an attic ventilation port 13, a ventilating fan 21 added to an underfloor ventilation port 19, a duct 26, a duct 27 for distribution, a pipe 28 for suction and exhaust, an intermediate ventilating fan 31, a feed duct 32, a valve mechanism 33, a heat exchanger 34, a coupling pipe 35, and a suction pipe 36. The interior of a housing 1 is heated or cooled averagedly and in a range of from an earth floor to the attic space 12, and fresh air is heated and dehumidified to feed it to the interior of the housing 1 from the outside. The irradiating mechanism 37 is formed by a collecting part 38, a heat and light transmission pipe 41, and a reflecting part 45, and is protruded upward through a roof 2 to collect light and heat and simultaneously transmit it to the interior of a room space 14.</p> |
