PURPOSE:To improve the strength of the cured film of the titled composition by incorporating an additionally polymerizable compd., a photopolymerization initiator and a specified benzene derivative in the titled composition. CONSTITUTION:The titled composition contains the additionally polymerizable compd. (1) having >=100 deg.C b.p. at an ordinary pressure, and the photopolymerization initiator (2) and the benzene derivative (3) shown by the formula wherein R1-R5 are each hydrogen or halogen atom, alkyl, alkoxy, alkoxycarbonyl, aryl, aryloxy, acyl or carboxyl group, R6 is alkyl group, R7 is alkyl, hydroxy, formyl, carboxyl, alkoxycarbonyl, alkoxy, acyl, alkoxycarbonyloxy, aryl or aryloxy group, etc. The additionally polymerizable compd. (1) is composed of a copolymer of a polyhydric alcohol and an unsatd. carboxylic acid, etc. Accordingly, the cured film having the high strength is obtd. by using the titled composition, whereby a printed circuit board having excellent tinting is obtd. |
