PURPOSE:To smoothly eject a disk in the state of surely closing a shutter by correcting the inclination of a shutter by pressing it in the ejecting direction at the ejection time even in the case of its contact with a shutter opener mechanism with its inclination. CONSTITUTION:An ejecting mechanism 20 is equipped with an extruding spring 18, extruding pin 19, latch plate 23, ejector 24 and latch pin 25. The inclination state of a shutter 13 by the mutual action of the shutter 13 and shutter opener 12 is corrected by the ejection mechanism 20 at the time of ejecting a disk 11. In the case of the disk 11 being ejected, therefore, the shutter opener 12 is separated from the shutter 13 smoothly and restored to the original state so as to close the shutter 13. The generation of the obstacle due to the inconvenient contact of the shutter and shutter opener is thus prevented at the ejection time of the disk and smooth ejection can be executed.
