摘要 |
PURPOSE:To enable control of the coercive force of magnetic iron powder and to improve the dispersibility of the magnetic iron powder by depositing a compd. selected from a silicon compd. aluminum compd. and phosphorous compd. which are shape holding materials and an antimony compd. on the surface of acicular or bobbin-like iron oxide, then reducing the same. CONSTITUTION:The compd. selected from the silicon compd., aluminum compd. and phosphorous compd. and the antimony compd. are deposited on the surface of the acicular or bobbin-like goethite or hematite which is the dehydrated matter thereof and is then reduced. The coercive force of the magnetic iron powder is thereby decreased according to the deposition of the antimony compd. and the magnetic iron powder having the arbitrary coercive force is obtd. The resulted magnetic iron powder focculates less and has the improved dispersibility in a coating compd.
