PURPOSE:To keep a large amount of gas in a liquid for a long time, by injecting a liquid in a pressure tank from above by a pump to involve the air, which is filled in the tank, in the liquid to generate extremely fine air bubbles. CONSTITUTION:The jet nozzle 4 connected to a pump 2 is mounted to the upper part of the inside of a pressure tank 1 and a liquid discharge pipe 7 is mounted to the pressure tank 1 at the position below the liquid level in said tank and a liquid is injected in the pressure tank 1 from the upper part thereof to involve air in the liquid and form extremely fine air bubbles. As a result, the generated extremely fine air bubbles are sufficiently mixed with the liquid to make it possible to hold a large amount of air in the liquid for a long time and ultrasonic waves are generated when the aerated liquid is injected in the liquid or the air bubbles are burst and thermal effect or massage effect and washing effect are generated by said ultrasonic waves contributing to the health of a person.
