PURPOSE:To simplify a construction and to reduce the cost by driving a detection means by the movement of a disk loading and performing a loading operation along the vertical face via a locking means. CONSTITUTION:When a disk D is abutted to a cover 20 and pushed into a throat 11, a switch is turned ON and a loading motor 110 is actuated. The loading of the disk D is executed by the rotation of the loading motor 110, the push-in of the disk D is detected by a detection pin 162 and detection arm 160, a releasing lever 102 is pushed out to the front face side of a player and by the stroke movement of the releasing lever 102 a constraining lever 103 is subjected to the left turning centering around an axis 103A. By this left turning a rocking arm 104 is turned to the right in a clockwise direction, a stop pin 104X is descended downwards, a clamp arm 202 is descended and a clamper 201 catches a table 206 by interposing the disk D.
