PURPOSE:To facilitate a single equipment of carrying out the shipping and the unloading work by mounting a bendable hold-side vertical conveying part separately from a boom inner conveying part so that the vertical conveying part has the top position thereof higher than the inner conveying part and the open part position lower than it. CONSTITUTION:A belt conveyor 5 of a bendable structure consisting of a boom inner conveying part and a land-side vertical conveying part 5A is laid above a boom part 1 pivotably mounted on a stationary block 2 and in said block 2 a conveying equipment 7 and a conveyor 7A are, respectively, mounted on and under the end part of the vertical conveying part 5A. A hold-side vertical conveyor 6 bendable at the middle part 6a thereof is mounted at the end of the boom part 1 and has both a table feeder 24 having the top position thereof higher than the conveying level 5d of the conveyor 5 inside the boom part and coinciding with the conveyor 5, and a hopper 27 connected to a conveying way 5d via another hopper 26 in the lower position than that of said way 5d. Thus the shipping work and the unloading work can be carried out successively using a single mechanism.
