<p>PURPOSE:To execute an operation without stopping a system by deciding the contents of a work by each subsystem, and determining originally a subsystem to be processed, in a system to which plural subsystems are connected. CONSTITUTION:In case when an object to be worked is carried into a production system from a subsystem of a warehouse,, when its processing flow data is received by a cooperating device 11, it is stored once in an input/output buffer. Subsequently, a processable work and a work of its preceding and succeeding stages are extracted from the work, basing on which cooperation is taken between processable subsystems in advance so that processing of the succeeding stage can be executed immediately when the work of the preceding stage is ended, and the subsystem in charge determines order of the work.</p> |
