PURPOSE:To bend a heat exchanger in a horizontal plane as it is and to facilitate the production of a flexion type heat exchanger by moving the heat exchanging tube in the row of no reference at bending part into the same vertical face as that of the heat exchanging tube in the row becoming of the reference by transferring it inside the oblong hole of a plate-like fin. CONSTITUTION:The plate-like fin 2A for bend part in the necessary number having the circular hole 3 inserting the heat exchanging tube 1A of one row to the bend part X of the linear heat exchanging tubes 1 in the necessary number arranged in right and left two rows and upper and lower multi-steps and the oblong hole 4 inserting the heat exchanging tube 1B of the remaining rows respectively are arranged. And on the non-bend part Y of the linear heat exchanging tube 1, the plate-like fin 2B for linear part having the circular hole 3 in which all the heat exchanging tube 1 are inserted at the specified intervals at the non-bend part Y of the linear heat exchang ing tube 1 is arranged. All of the linear heat exchanging tubes 1 are expanded, the plate-like fin 2A for bend part is fixed only to the heat exchanging tube 1A becoming of the reference in the case of its bending and the plate-like fin 2B for linear part is fixed to all heat exchanging tubes 1 as well. Thereafter, the bending parts X of these linear heat exchanging tubes 1 are bent in the horizontal plane with the heat exchanging tube 1A in the specified row as the reference.
