PURPOSE:To reduce a gap between a rotor and a tooth section by forming the engaging section of a punched tooth section with a yoke by dovetails and dovetail grooves, and molding by simultaneously supporting the outer periphery of the yoke and the inner periphery of the tooth section to an injection mold. CONSTITUTION:A yoke 5 and a tooth section 6 are formed by pressing, a winding is provided at the section 6, and associated. A ring-shaped yoke 5 is engaged with the star-shaped section 6 by dovetails 7 and dovetail grooves 8 at this time. Then, a stationary core 1 is attached to an injection mold, and resin is poured in the mold. When a frame is moled with the resin in this manner, the mold is centered with the outer periphery of the core 1 as a reference. Accordingly, even if a bracket is engaged at the outer periphery, the axial center of the rotor is obtained. Thus, since the molding with preferable roundness is obtained, an air gap formed between the rotor and the section 6 can be reduced, the efficiency can be improved.
