PURPOSE:To surely hold an insert metal to a metal setting part by absorption, to shorten casting cycle and to reduce deterioration of the product by arranging plural absorbing holes on peripheral face inserting the metal in the metal setting part arranging in a die and holding the insert metal by absorbing. CONSTITUTION:At the same time of setting the insert metal 3 into the metal setting part 1 in the die A waiting under condition of die opening, or before this setting, a pressure reducing device 5 is worked. Absorbing force is generated in the absorbing holes 2 bored on the peripheral face 1a inserting the metal in the metal setting part 1, and the inner peripheral face of the insert metal 3 is absorbed by this absorbing force, and the metal 3 is held to the metal setting part 1. Then, the working of the pressure reducing device 5 is stopped at the same time of completing the die clamping or at the same time of completing curing of molten metal filled up by injection, to release the absorption holding condition.
