PURPOSE:To obtain a circuit having a desired characteristic by grounding the connecting middle point of first and second two-terminal circuits through a third two-terminal circuit having a resistor and compensating the coil loss of the first two-terminal circuit. CONSTITUTION:Between the emitter of a transistor 12 and the base of a transistor 16, a coil 21 having a serial loss resistance 23 and a capacitor 22 are serially connected and the base of the transistor 16, namely, the connecting middle point of first and second two-terminal circuits is grounded through a resistor 40. The residual constitution is the same as the conventional one. A resistance 40 is the one to compensate a serial loss resistance r2 of the coil 21, and by setting suitably the value of the resistor 40, a desired characteristic is obtained.
