PURPOSE:To obtain a phase-shifting circuit having a desired characteristic by making different the level of the signal of a reverse phase mutually supplied to first and second two-terminal circuits and compensating the loss of the coil of the first two-terminal circuit. CONSTITUTION:The collector of a transistor 11 and the base of a transistor 12 are connected through a variable resistor 18 to a positive power source terminal 3. Between the emitter of the transistor 12 and the base of a transistor 16, a coil 21 having a serial loss resistance 23 and a capacitor 22 are serially connected. The residual constitution is the same as the conventional one. The variable resistor 18 is the one to control the level of a reverse phase signal to compensate a serial loss r2 of the coil 21, and by setting suitably the value of the variable resistor 18, a desired characteristic is obtained.
