CONSTITUTION:A conductor pattern 2 is formed spirally by copper, and an insulating substrate 1 is formed of epoxy resin or the like. A surface protecting insulating layer 3 is formed by coating it with a solder resist on its predetermined part and curing it. When a plurality of sheets each having this printed coil pattern are laminated, punched for individual coils and isolated, a hole 9 for mounting a Hall element is opened. The Hall element 10 is mounted fixedly in the hole 9 in a state that leads 7 are extended along the surface of the coil 17, and covered from above with filmlike resin 8.
