PURPOSE:To rotate the rotary shaft of a pulse motor forwardly and reversely within a predetermined angle range smaller than one rotating angle with a given period, by forming a space varying pulse train signal, whose pulse interval is changed with a sinusoidal change. CONSTITUTION:A clock generating unit 1 generates two clock pulse trains (f01), (f02). A sinusoidal wave signal generating unit 2 generates space varying pulse train signals (f1), (f2), whose pulse intervals are changed with sinusoidal changes by the combination of a digital rate multiplier and a counter, and control signals U/D1, U/D2, showing the polarities of sinusoidal changes of the pulse intervals. A driving pulse generating unit 3 receives the space varying pulse train signals (f1), (f2) and the control signals U/D1, U/D2 and generates a driving pulse, by which the rotary shaft of a pulse motor 5 rotates stepwise within a predetermined angle range smaller than one rotating angle in accordance with the space varying pulse train signals (f1), (f2) while the rotating direction of the rotary shaft is reversed in accordance with the control signals U/D1, U/D2. |
