PURPOSE:To improve the reliability in sanding a data signal and to effectively utilize an idle voice region by providing a buffer section storing a data signal to the sender side and providing a section comparing a data signal with an audio signal to the reception side. CONSTITUTION:The data signal outputted from a normal data channel 1 and a audio signal outputted from a audio channel 2 are multiplexed at a multiple sanding section 3 in a sender side multiplexer 10 and outputted as a multiplexed signal. Moreover, when an important data signal exists, it is stored in a buffer section 4 and idleness on the channel 2 is checked information is sent to the channel 2. A multiplex reception section 11 at a receiver side multiplexer 20 receives the information and classifies it into signals for channels 2, 1 and stores them in a data memory 12 and a voice audio 13. A comparison section 14 compares the output signals of the memories 12, 13 to compare whether or not they are coincident and only when it is discriminated to be coincident, a signal is given from the output control section 15. Thus, the idle channel 2 is effectively utilized and the reliability of the data signal is improved.
