PURPOSE:To control a trunk circuit installed at a remote location by providing a signal distributer generating a trunk control driving signal, a multiple con verter and a multiple demodulator and multiplexing a trunk control device output from the signal distributer to execut a long distance transmission through a transmission line. CONSTITUTION:A time division multiplex calling signal subjected to exchange processing by a time division speech path device 5 is connected to a synchroniz ing multiplex converter 16 through a communication highway and sent through a digital transmission line to a remote location. A PCM multiplex converter 7 converts the received digital calling signal into an analog calling signal and supplies it to a trunk circuit 1. On the other hand, a trunk control driving signal is subjected to time division multiplex by a multiple converter 8 and sent to a multiple demodulator 9 installed at a remote location through the digital transmission line. The multiple demodulator 9 decodes the trunk control driving output signal subjected to time division multiplex into the original trunk control driving signal and expands it to control the trunk circuit 1 installed at a remote location.
