PURPOSE:To easily and accurately control the extrusion speed, amount and time of a liquid drug, by making it possible to send out the liquid drug in the container contained in an intracorporeal member by operating an extracorporeal member. CONSTITUTION:An intracorporeal member 2 is embedded in the body and a magnet 22 is positioned so as to turn to the outside and the surface of the magnet 12 of an extracorporeal member 1 is opposed to said magnet 22. A container 27 is preliminarily filled with a liquid drug or an injection needle is thrust in an injection part 29 and, subsequently, the liquid drug is injected from the outside of the body to fill the container 27 and the timer 11 of the extracorporeal member 1 is operated to rotate the magnet 12. The intracorporeal magnet 22 is rotated in response to the rotation of the magnet 12 to allow a rack 25 to move. As a result, a plunger 26 advances to extrude the liquid drug in the container 27 from a feed-out port 28.
