PURPOSE:To prevent the change of a frequency characteristic after packing and to attain a plane packing by providing a filter main body at an upper part shield space between a substrate and a metallic cover while the tip of the lead terminal derived from the main body is connected to the electrode of a printed circuit board rear surface. CONSTITUTION:A filter is composed of a main body 20, a metallic cover 21 to form a shield space A and a printed circuit board 22. A tongue piece 21d of the cover 21 is connected to the earth electrode of the lower surface of the printed circuit board 22 and a tongue piece 21e is abutted to the upper surface of the printed circuit board 22. From one side of an upper surface plate part 21a, an earth terminal 26 is extended. The circuit board 22 has a terminal hole 23 to insert the lead terminal extended from the main body 20 near one side and on the rear surface, an earth electrode 26 and an external fitting electrode (isolated electrode) 25 of the lead terminal are formed. For this reason, a filter of its own is made into the chip parts and the plane packing can be executed. The main body 20 is electromagnetically shielded with the electrode of the circuit board rear surface and the metallic cover 21, and therefore, the frequency characteristic is not disturbed after the packing.
