PURPOSE:To easily add the titled system to an existing different kind of exchange by interfacing the detailed charging device with a wire board directly so as to attain the collection of the detailed charging data from a subscriber interface point. CONSTITUTION:In collecting a detailed charging data, the detailed charging device 4 interfaces the wired board directly where subscriber lines are accommodated and the data is collected therefrom. In this case, since the interface condition between the subscriber telephone set 5 and the existing exchange 1 is the same in the step-by step system and the crossbar system, it is possible to interface the device 4 with the board 3 directly. That is, the device 4 interfaces the wire board 3 directly and the detailed charging data is collected from the subscriber interface point, then the device 4 can be added easily to the existing different kind of exchange.
