PURPOSE:To enable a heat treatment in a rotating magnetic field effective in a wide furnace core by providing two magnetic poles consisting of a permanent magnet to the inside wall of a cylindrical yoke enclosing the furnace core and rotating the magnetic poles together with the yoke. Since the sufficient external magnetic field is thereby used, the heat treatment in the rotating magnetic field effective throughout the wide furnace core 5 including jigs, etc., is executed.
