PURPOSE:To prevent deformation of coil and damage of insulation coating and eliminate fluctuation permeability by forming coil component through injection of resin components including heated and kneaded magnetic powder and thermosetting resin into the frame in which at least a part of coil is arranged. CONSTITUTION:A kind or two or more kinds of magnetic powders and resin components, as required, consisting of lubricant, plasticizer, coupling agent and thermosetting resin are heated and kneaded, a coil 12 is formed within a frame and the heated and kneaded resin composition is supplied to the frame in order to form a coil and inserted coil elements 10. The coil 12 is formed by a spiral metal wire and insulation coating covering the wire. Both ends of coil 12 are projected from a core 16 to function as the terminals. Such configuration is preferable for simplification of manufacturing process. It is also possible, in place of such configuration, to provide the terminals different from the coil 12 and connect electrically the terminals to the ends of coil 12.
