PURPOSE:To prevent the dirt of a lens to be caused by the scatter of toner by providing a prevention means for preventing the dirt of the lens by toner arranged in the optical path of a write system. CONSTITUTION:The optical path from a cylindrical lens 9 to an OPC drum 1 is formed with optical path forming plates 31 and 32. And the toner dirt prevention means constituted as an adhesive member 33 is stuck on the internal wall surface of the optical path forming plates 31 and 32. By constituting a device like this, the toner scattered from the contact surface of the OPC drum 1 with a developing roller 16 or directly scattered from the developing roller 16 can be caught before it reaches the lens 10, so that the prevention of the dirt of the lens 10 can be possible. |
