PURPOSE:To obtain an efficient communicating time and an economical time system communication charge and to activate the communicating time in a life and a business by setting a communication finishing desired time. CONSTITUTION:A person to communicate (a caller) or a person to respond (a person to be called) since there is a terminating call arbitrarily input a com munication finishing desired time with a time input part TI before the communi cation is started or after the communication is started. When the communication finishing desired time comes, a special tone is sent to both a caller and a called person. This tone is sent to either of them before the communication finishing desired time by the constitution of a control part TMC.
