PURPOSE:To easily acquire a group address even when the change of the group constitution is executed by providing a clock means at respective nodes, and when a multiple address message is sent from an originator node, making the time data at the time of transmission acquired from the clock means of the node into the multiple address. CONSTITUTION:At the originator node, a present time (for example, 154329) is set to an address area in a packet 21 having a group multiple address flag area. Next, to the node to receive the packet 21, the multiple address '154329' is set and sent to a data part in a packet 22 having an individual communication flag area. The node to receive the packet 22 sets the multiple address included in the packet 22 to a data link layer 18. Next, the message to be transferred to the data part in the packet 21 is set and sent. The packet 21 is delivered to the data link layer 18 while it is communicated to all nodes. Here, the multiple address stored in the data link layer 18 and the address of the sent packet 21 are compared, and at the time of the coincidence, they are received.
