PURPOSE:To realize the automatic recovery of an operation even when control data changes due to a noise, etc., by executing control by reading out the control data from a first memory cyclically and setting it on a second memory, and performing the refresh of the second memory. CONSTITUTION:To a digital signal processing circuit 1 which executes the control, plural registers 21-2N (second memory) possible to be controlled from the outside are connected. An interface circuit 3 detecting a timing signal being generated cyclically from a timing generation circuit 9 reads out the content of a ROM8 at every detection, and updates the content of the registers 21-2N to the content read out from the ROM8. Thereby, even when the content of the registers 21-2N change due to the noise such as the arc discharge of the cathode-ray tube of a television receiver, the television receiver can be recovered to its normal operation automatically.
