<p>PURPOSE:To improve production efficiency by determining the final input day of each application process by using the standard read time of each process, and calculating an input day when a bottleneck process can be in full activity and determining the final input day of each application process. CONSTITUTION:A final input day determining means 106 subtracts the standard read time of a precedent process from the appointed date of delivery according to the order of application processes obtained from a process sequence storage means 103 to determine the final input days of the application processes. An input period determining means 107, on the other hand, calculates the input period of the bottleneck process when an indicated quantity of products are inputted only by an upper-limit value in a unit time. Then a final input day determining means 108 subtracts the input periods of all the application processes from the final days of the respective application processes uniformly to determine the final input days of the respective application processes.</p> |
