摘要 PURPOSE:To enable a stable superconducting phenomenon to be obtained and also obtain a stable connection by providing a conductive substance of an alloy having a specific composition on the surface of an oxide system superconductor in which the resistance becomes zero at an ordinary temperature or lower. CONSTITUTION:When a conductive substance 14, 15 consisting of an alloy of 40-85% by weight of gallium Ga and 15-60% by weight of indium In is applied to the surface and the reverse face of an oxide system superconductor 1, superconducting crystals on the surface and the reverse face of the superconductor 1 can be interconnected effectively in the case where they are scattered. It is also effective when the substance is applied to not only the surface and the reverse face but also the side thereof. Conductive substances 25, 26 of a Ga-In alloy are used to connect the superconductor 1 by means of through holes 21, 22 with wiring patterns 19, 20 on the surface of a circuit substrate 18 and wiring patterns 23, 24 on the reverse face thereof, respectively. Thereby, a stable superconducting phenomenon can be obtained and a stable connection can be constituted.
