PURPOSE:To form uniformly the shape of a winding hole by packing a winding slot whose surface is formed with a metallic magnetic film by a glass material, removing part of the glass material, and forming a glass fluidity restriction film to the surface of the remaining glass material. CONSTITUTION:A couple of core blocks 12a, 12b are butted to each other while metallic magnetic films 6 are opposed to each other, a bonding glass 13 is inserted to a glass arranging slot 10, the glass is heated or cooled gradually under inactive gas atmosphere such as N2, Ar while the side face is pressed, the glasses 7, 13 are molten to bond a couple of the core blocks 12a, 12b incorporatedly. Since the glass fluidity restriction film 9 is formed adhesively to the surface of the glass 7 imbedded in the winding slot 2, even when the viscosity of the glass 7 goes to <=10<-4> poise at the time of welding, the movement quantity of the glass 7 is decreased. Thus, the shape of the wind slot 2 is formed uniformly.
