CONSTITUTION:A control part 50 reads the preset information of the specified talker and an undesignated talker set at the voice registration part 71, and based on the information, it is decided that the said telephone system is the one for dedicated for the specified talker or for unspecified general use. And when a caller dials an individual service data calling specific number to receive an individual service, the control part 50 connects a call issuing extension 21 to a voice transient storage part 72. The voice transient storage part 72 sends a request signal to request a voice code from a speech recognition part 73 to the call issuing extension 21. The voice code received from the call issuing extension 21 is compared and collated with registration recording information corresponding to the unspecified talker of the voice registration part 71, and an instruction code corresponding to coincided registration recording information is taken out and outputted.
