<p>PURPOSE:To improve productivity remarkably, by forming a resin mold substrate, transferring simultaneously a resister formed on a transfer sheet to the surface of the resin mold substrate, and checking resistance characteristics of the resistor on the transfer sheet. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a heat-resisting film 7 sent out from a reel is subjected to screen printing of resistance paste 9 at constant intervals. After the paste 9 is dried, the film 7 is put in an electric furnace, and the paste 9 is printed on the film. A transfer sheet 11 sent out from the reel 10 and lead terminals 3, 4, 5 are accommodated in molding tools 12, 13. Melted resin is filled in the molding tools 12, 13, and hardened by heating or cooling. The film 7 is exfoliated from the resin molded substrate connected by hoop terminals 14, 15. Thereby, resistance characteristics of the resistor can be checked on the sheet 11, and the productivity remarkably improved.</p> |
