CONSTITUTION:A source program 28, a load module 27, etc., are stored into a memory 26 and an editor 24, a source program chart converting part 42, a program chart source converting part 41, etc., are provided at a processing device 21. At the time of executing the load module, a program chart 39 is displayed at a displaying part 33 by the converting part 42, a symbol table incidental to the module 27 is set, and when necessary, the block unit is erased and moved by an editor part 4 and the source program 28 is changed by the converting part 41.
