发明名称 REFLECTOR
摘要 PURPOSE:To provide a reflector which has high heat resistance and high reflectivity of visible light so that irradiation light contg. less heat rays can be projected and to provide high strength to a metallic base body by consisting the reflector of the metallic base body and a visible light reflecting IR absorptive layer formed on the metallic base body and forming the metallic base body of a low-purity aluminum alloy. CONSTITUTION:This reflector consists of the metallic base body 10 and the visible light reflecting IR absorptive layer 15 formed on this metallic base body. The metallic base body 10 is molded of the low-purity aluminum alloy to, for example, an approxi mately tray-shaped quadratic body of rotation. A through-hole 11 which has plane faces on the plate plane and aperture edge and is used for insertion of a lamp is formed on the peak part on the same plane as the plate plane by notching this peak part. An annular collar part 13 is formed in the margin part of a lower aperture 12 for irradiation. The high strength is thereby provided to the base body and the base body can be molded to a desired shape. The reflector having the excellent heat resistance and the reflectivity of visible light improved by the multi-layered film layers is thus obtd. and the heat rays of the irradiation light reflected by this reflector are decreased.
