PURPOSE:To effectively investigate the cause of a trouble and to perform the processing of recovery by integrally constituting a keyboard and a display part to have an input and display unit and attachably/detachably mounting on a control part main part. CONSTITUTION:The keyboard 12a is integrally constituted with the display part 12b to have the input and display unit 12 and attachably/detachably mount the input and display unit 12 on the control part main body 11 through connectors 11a, 12d. A processor incorporated in the control part main body 11, at the time of connecting the input and display unit 12 to the control part main body 11, uses a signal from a connecting state monitoring part 12c to identify a transitional state on the way of a connection or a completely connected stable connection state. At the time of the completely connected state, an initializing processing is automatically executed to the input and display unit 12 to validate the operation of the input and display unit thereafter. Thereby, even when a power source is not disconnected, the input and display unit 12 is connected to the control part main body 11 to effectively investigate the cause of the trouble and to perform the processing of the recovery.
