PURPOSE:To contrive labor saving of a retrieving work of an attribute data related to a ground object by retrieving an attribute store means by a ground object number corresponding to the ground object searched by a ground object search means, as a key, and displaying the attribute data obtained by the retrieval, on a display device. CONSTITUTION:A ground object search part 4 searches a ground object search table 2 based on an input coordinate value delivered from a coordinate input converting art 3, and detects a ground object (ground object number) being the nearest to the input coordinate value. An attribute table retrieval part 5 uses the ground object number detected in the ground object search part 4, as a key, retrieves the attributes data concerned from an attribute store file 9, edits it to a table format, and thereafter, sends it out to a graphic display 6. In such a way, a retrieving work of an attribute data related to the ground object on a map can be executed efficiency.
