PURPOSE:To prevent a different alarm in the course of a scan fro being mixed, by constituting the titled circuit of a flip-flop of the pre-stage for holding an alarm generated during a scan period, and a flip-flop of the post-stage for holding an output of the flip-flop by the scan period. CONSTITUTION:When a scan signal is inputted to a CK terminal of a flip-flop 1 of the pre-stage from a scan input, the flip-flop 1 of the pre-stage holds an alarm generated during one scan period. Subsequently, when the next scan signal is inputted to the CK terminal of the flip-flop 1 and becomes the next scan period, release information held in the flip-flop 1 of the pre-stage is outputted, and a flip-flop 2 of the post-stage holds it. At that time, if different alarm information is inputted in advance to an S terminal of the flip-flop 1 of the pre-stage, the flip-flop 1 of the pre-stage can hole this new alarm.
