PURPOSE:To enhance the accuracy of positioning by composing a placing base in a double plate structure in which an elastic member is interposed, and providing positioning means for positioning a tray horizontally at an electronic component mounting position at the time of rising the base. CONSTITUTION:When a tray 101A in which an electronic component 100Angstrom is packed is set on an upper placing base 19A, it is conducted in a state that a positioning plate 14A is opened by a rotating mechanism 16A, and the plate 14A is returned to its original position. When the tray 101A is raised from this state, the upper end of the tray 101A arrives at the plate 14A, a pin 22A is also simultaneously raised, a sensor operation plate 24A coupled to the pin 22A is also raised, a sensor 25A is operated to detect that the tray 101A arrives at a predetermined position, and the operation of an elevational driver 30A is stopped. Thus, stacked trays can be correctly positioned horizontally at an electronic component mounting position.
