PURPOSE:To connect both arms for free rotation and to arbitrarily adjust the rotational force by inserting dished springs and a nut into the recessed part of a first arm, inserting a pressing means into the inside of a second arm, and inserting a bolt into the pressing means for fitting in the nut. CONSTITUTION:In the hinge section, a receiving means 11 is fitted into a recessed part 10 provided in an arm 7 so that it is prevented from swiveling. The projecting pieces 13 on the peripheral part of a metal fitting 12 provided on the upper surface of the receiving means 11 are attached to the recessed parts 14 of an arm 8 so that they are prevented from swiveling. A leg section 17 of the pressing means 16 inserted into a recessed part 15 of the arm 8 is fitted into the receiving means 11 through the metal fitting 12, and a key groove 17 and a projecting key stripe 18 of them are fitted together. A bolt 9 is inserted from the recessed part 15 side of the arm 8 into the center hole of the pressing means 16, an appropriate number of dished springs 19 and a nut 20 are inserted into the recessed part 10 of the arm 7 from the inside direction, and the bolt 9 is screwed into the nut 20 through the dished springs 19. Therefore, the rotational force of the arms 7 and 8 is adjusted by adjusting the tightening of the bolt 9.
