PURPOSE:To prevent the heat generation of a capacitor element at the time of short-circuiting, and reduce the inductance, by connecting a fuse in series with a capacitor element main body, and constituting the connected lead as a 3-terminal type having a structure of one or more lead-wires. CONSTITUTION:An anode foil and a cathode foil are wound together with a separator. Complex salt of 7, 7, 8, 8, is used as electrolyte. The one side of a pair of lead-wires led out from the anode foil and cathode foil is composed of two independent lead-wires 3 and 4. A fuse 1 is connected in series to one of the lead-wires 3, 4. Thereby, the heat generation of the capacitor element at the time of short-circuiting is prevented, and the inductance is reduced.
