PURPOSE:To facilitate and ensure positioning between a head carriage and a linear pulse motor by forming a slot extended in parallel with a moving reference face of a moving device to a mounting face of the carriage of the moving device and providing plural positioning members engaged with the slot at the head carriage side. CONSTITUTION:The slots 141 extended in parallel with the moving reference face of the moving device 14 are formed on the mounting face of the moving device 14 with the carriage 38 and plural positioning members 141, 144 engaged with the slot 141 are provided on the head carriage 38. The positioning members 143, 144 of the carriage are inserted to the slot 141 of the mount face of the moving device 14 with respect to the carriage 38 to adjust easily the gap and azimuth angle of the titled disk device. Thus, the positioning between the head carriage and the linear pulse motor is attained easily and surely.
