摘要 PURPOSE:To easily observe the delaying time of a bus by linking plural elements to be able to obtain two states in an annular shape through a bus driver, a bus and a receiver and constituting a ring oscillator. CONSTITUTION:A bus delaying time measuring device is a device to measure the delaying time of a bus between first-second data devices P1-P2 with a two-phenomenon oscilloscope M, and composed of a bus l, first-second data devices P1-P2 connected respectively to measuring points X and Y on this, the two-phenomenon oscilloscope M, bus drivers D1-D3 and a receiver R. A NAND gate G1 to output the receiver R, input respectively a gate control signal A and output an inverted AND, inverters GL1-GL3 and further, a bus output prohibiting circuit INH are provided. Thus, by inverting a phase with a delaying circuit and an opening closing circuit for the output of the receiver R and the input of a bus driver D, the delaying time of the bus l can be easily observed.
