PURPOSE:To decrease the work manday when the number of the editions of a system program is updated by having a form converting table between the form of station data called from a main memory device and the form of the station data of a secondary memory device, using this with a processor and changing the station data. CONSTITUTION:A main memory device has 30 has the memory area of a system program 31, station data 32, a form converting table 33, and a working area 34 and a secondary memory device 40 has the memory area of a station data logical back-up file 41 respectively. A processor 20 uses the program 31 and the station data 32, executes the exchanging processing, and for the evacuation and re-calling of the station data 32, the station data converted processed by the working area 34 in accordance with the form converting table 33 are shifted between the above-mentioned station data 32 and the file 41. Thus, for the change of a memory area bit length and so forth accompanying the adding and expanding of the station data of the main memory device, the change of the system program is also added, a logical back-up file before the station data are changed can be recovered to the main memory device as the station data after the station data are changed. Thus, the work manday is decreased and the error generation due to the re-writing of the data can be prevented.
