PURPOSE:To prevent deterioration of electric chargeability characteristics even at the time of repeated uses for a long time and deterioration of characteristics of a photosensitive body under variable environmental conditions by forming an interlayer composed essentially of titanium oxide and a binder resin in a volume ratio of 1/1-3/1. CONSTITUTION:The electrophotographic sensitive body is formed by forming the interlayer composed essentially of the titanium oxide and a binder resin in a volume ratio of 1/1-3/1 between a conductive base body and a photosensitive layer, thus permitting the obtained photosensitive body to be not deteriorated in chargeability characteristics even at the time of repeated uses for a long time and also in the characteristics of the photosensitive body under variable environmental conditions, and consequently, to form a sharp copy picture undeteriorated in picture density for a long period and in the background quality. |
