PURPOSE:To enable a visual observation by arranging an image intensifier between an objective lense and eyepiece. CONSTITUTION:An image intensifier composed of a photoelectric element 10, grid electrode 11, micro-channel plate 12, and fluorescent screen 13 is inserted between an objective lense 27 and eyepiece 28 of a magnifying glass 26 composed of the lense 27 and eyepiece 28. Photon reached to the element 10 is converted into an electron, which is accelerated by an electric field by the electrode 11 in which voltage is applied, and enters into the plate 12. The incident electron is amplified by an applied high voltage in the plate 12, converted into visible radiation with colliding with the plate 13, and imaged in the lense 28. This enables a visual observation.
