PURPOSE:To obtain a voice signal having the same frequency as that at recording and a video signal without out of synchronism by simple constitution, by reproducing an information recording disk at a number of revolutions different from that at recording, and passing the video signal and the audio signal with a different speed through a frequency converter. CONSTITUTION:In reproducing a disk at a number of revolutions different from that at the recording, the reproduced frequency is deviated by the same rate as the deviation of the number of revolutions. In this case, the video signal and the audio signal whose frequency is deviated without causing distortion or disabled demodulation at the demodulation are demodulated by video signal and audio signal demodulators 5, 4 whose demodulation range is shifted in the same rate as the deviation of the reproduced frequency. Then the video signal whose frequency is being deviated is converted and outputted into a frequency at recording by the 1st frequency converter 10 to prevent the synchronization of the television receiver from being unlocked and the audio signal whose frequency is deviated is the audio signal of the same frequency as that at recording by the 2nd frequency converter 13.
