Tobacco smoke acts as carrier of Vitamin A and related substances and thus permits their administration by inhalation with the smoke. Such a local administration offers the advantage of a concomitant, specific protective effect against development of cancer in the respiratory tract of smokers. Means for placing Vitamin A and related substances in condition to be inhaled with the tobacco smoke are also provided. |
