PURPOSE:To reduce the possibility where the trouble of a micro-function circuit group causes directly the breakdown of a data processor, by supplying the input data to be given to the faulty micro-function circuit group to another nondefective group to process the data there and transmitting this processing result together with the output signal of each normal micro-function circuit group after holding temporarily the processing result by a holding means. CONSTITUTION:When a trouble is detected out of a micro-function circuit group 2, the single process is carried out at least in 2 times for plural groups 2. Then the input data supplied to a group 2 via a supply means 1 is processed by another group 2 and this processing result is stored in an output data holding circuit 5 corresponding to one of those groups 2. Then this processing result is transmitted together with the processing results held by the means 5 corresponding to other groups 2. Thus it is possible to reduce the possibility where the trouble of a group 2 causes directly the breakdown of a data processor.
