摘要 PURPOSE:To obtain a (1-x)BaO-xTiO2 type ceramics (0.75<=x<=0.9) of a high Q value by mixing a precipitator solution to adequate amounts of Ba solution and Ti solution to make a coprecipitated substance, baking it temporarily, then mixing and baking temporarily the remaining components to make a pow der, and finally forming and baking up the powder. CONSTITUTION:To a mixture of a water solution or an alcohol solution of BaCl2, Ba(NO3)2, or the like, and a water solution or an alcohol solution of TiBr2, TiCl4, or the like, a precipitator solution including ammonia, NaOH, or the like is mixed to make a coprecipitated substance, which is baked tempo rarily at 600 to 1100 deg.C after drying. Then the remaining component compounds for the object composition are mixed and baked temporarily at 800 to 1120 deg.C. Additives such as MnO2 and Cr2O3 may be added in the first or the second process. After that, the resultant temporarily baked powder is formed and baked at 1100 to 1500 deg.C, and (1-x)BaO-xTiO2 type ceramics (0.75<=x<=0.9) is obtained. In such a composition, it can be baked up at a relatively low temper ature, and a dielectric resonator material of a high density and an excellent Q value can be obtained.
